Delete your account.

You can do it in Aromi or request it by email, even if you no longer have the app installed.

From the app

  1. Open your profile and go to Settings.
  2. Select the option to delete your account.
  3. Read the information and confirm deletion.

Without opening the app

Write to milkonight@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject “Delete Aromi account”. Include your nickname if you remember it.

The link opens your email app; it doesn't send the request automatically. We'll verify that the request comes from the account holder. Don't send passwords or Google codes.

Account deletion is irreversible. If you have a store-managed subscription, cancel its renewal in that store too: deleting your account does not cancel it.

What happens to your data

The deletion process removes credentials, collection, preferences, favorites and community relationships. The profile is anonymized and becomes unavailable.

Technical usage and transaction records are retained without the profile's identifying data for service control. Backups may contain earlier data until rotation and are restricted to recovery tasks.
